Wedding photography is one of those things that quietly becomes more valuable with every year that passes. Your wedding day is rare in a way that is hard to explain until you’re in it: everyone you love, gathered together, and then suddenly it’s over. What you’re left with are the photographs, and the feeling they carry every time you look at them.

When you book me, you’re not simply hiring someone to show up with a camera. You’re trusting someone to step into one of the most personal days of your life, to pay attention to the things you won’t have time to notice, and to bring those moments back to you in a way that feels honest and real. Every couple is different, every wedding tells its own story, and I put genuine thought and care into how I approach each one.

WHAT IT’S LIKE WORKING WITH ME

If you care more about how a day felt than how it looked on paper, we’ll probably get on well. I work best with couples who want their wedding captured honestly, with all the atmosphere, the chaos and the joy. From the moment I arrive I’m getting to know your people, breaking the ice and making people feel at ease. If there’s organising to do, a pep talk to give, or something that needs sorting, I step in. However, most of the time my role is to give you space; space to laugh, celebrate, and be fully present with the people you love.

REAL MOMENTS & HONEST HUMAN CONNECTION

At heart I’m a documentary photographer, which means that for the majority of your day I’m capturing moments as they unfold rather than engineering them. Real emotions, unscripted laughter, honest human connection. That said, my approach has an editorial side to it too. Woven amongst the candid scenes you’ll find creative portraits and group photographs, with gentle guidance that keeps everything feeling relaxed and natural.

BECAUSE EVERY WEDDING DESERVES IT’S OWN STORY

The result is a wedding gallery that does more than document what happened. The photographs are vibrant and full of energy, and every frame carries the feeling of the moment it was taken. Looked at together, they tell a story that is completely and recognisably yours. The squeeze of a hand before the vows. The look that passes between you when you think no one is watching. The way your grandmother laughs, or how your best friend holds it together until precisely the moment they can’t. I pay equal attention to the atmosphere, the details, the way the light sits, and the way your people fill the space. All of it together is what makes a wedding gallery feel like more than a record of events. It feels like a day you can step back into.

Whether it’s a three-day celebration in Lake Como, a cosy French chateau, or a spontaneous elopement in Iceland, I’m here to capture your day exactly the way you imagine it.

Tell me all about your plans and the vibes you’re going for, and I’ll create a personalised quote just for you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

QUESTIONS

All over. I’m based in the UK but I photograph weddings wherever love takes me, from coastlines and countryside to city streets and far flung destinations. If you’re planning a wedding somewhere special, just let me know and I’ll tell you how it works.

I don’t offer videography myself, as I like to focus fully on photography. That said, I’m always happy to recommend videographers I trust and love working alongside.

I love to travel. Travel within England and Wales is included in my prices, so there’s no per mile charge. If your wedding is more than 2.5 hours away, I’ll just ask for accommodation to be covered. I also photograph weddings abroad. Pop me an email for destination pricing.

The copyright stays with me, but you receive a personal licence to print, share and enjoy your photos however you like.
The only thing you can’t do is sell the images for commercial use. For example, you can’t sell them to OK! Magazine without looping me in 😉

You’ll get a little selection of previews a few days after the wedding. During busy periods, full galleries are delivered within 8 to 12 weeks. I edit all images myself, and once everything is ready you’ll receive an online gallery with full download access.

Yes, I’m fully insured. This includes public indemnity, public liability, and all of my camera equipment.

If you feel like we’re a good fit, get in touch and we can take it from there. Once the booking form is completed, I’ll send over the contract and invoice. A £500 booking fee secures your date and comes off the final balance. When the contract is signed and the booking fee is paid, you’re officially booked.

I’m afraid I can’t hold dates. I often receive multiple enquiries for the same day, so your booking is confirmed once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid. I’ll always keep you in the loop if another enquiry comes in for your date.

You’re not alone. Most people feel awkward in front of a camera, and I completely get it. My approach is relaxed and natural, with no stiff poses or forced smiles.
I keep things moving, read the room, and blend into the day. If you’re in the middle of a meaningful moment, I won’t interrupt it. If I spot beautiful light or a moment worth capturing, I might gently step in. Either way, I promise I’ll never kill the vibe.

You’ve put so much love and effort into your wedding day, and it’s important to capture a few lovely photos of you together. That said, I won’t take you away from the celebration for long.
We’ll usually spend around twenty minutes in total, often split into two short sessions. One earlier in the day, then another later at sunset or in the evening for something a little more atmospheric. It’s relaxed, easy, and gives you a quiet moment together before heading back to the party.

OVER 15 YEARS EXPERIENCE

I’ve been photographing weddings for well over a decade, and the thing that has never changed is how I work: quietly, naturally, and always with your day at the centre of it. I’m there to follow what’s actually happening, and find the moments that make it yours.

I’m based in Hampshire and cover weddings all across the UK, including London, Surrey and the Cotswolds. Over the years I’ve had the privilege of photographing at some truly wonderful venues, among them: Avington Park, Euridge Manor, Cromwell Manor, Somerley House, Pylewell Park, Old Gore, Northbrook Park, Millbridge Court, Cripps Barn, Kew Gardens and Syon Park. Wherever your day takes place, the approach stays the same: capture it as it is, not as it’s been posed to look.
