My 2018 in Pictures

2018: a year of fuck yeahs and smoke grenades

Whoa, 2019 where did you come from?!

2018 was such a fun, crazy year. I shot a whopping 51 weddings! The most I’ve ever shot in 365 days! Plus I also worked on a few concept shoots, events, birthdays, babies and blogger editorials.

I’m so grateful to all my wonderful couples who invite me to be part of their special day. I can’t put into words how lucky I am to have met you all and captured your stories. It honestly means the world to me.

I don’t need awards, industry recognition or thousands of instagram likes, believe me when I say these things really don’t interest me! I genuinely just love to give you real, beautiful memories of your day. Hearing that you love your photos will always be my biggest achievement in this business.

So here I am and here it is. Another year older and another slideshow of photographs squished into a 2 minute montage. These are by no means a set of perfect pictures, but they are my favourite moments; it’s all about the imperfect for me.

Before I let you dive into my 2018 slideshow, I want to big up all my second shooters who I’ve worked with this year: Alissa, Chloe, Sophie and Tom. Some of their images feature in this post and I couldn’t have smashed 2018 without them!

2018, you were bloody wonderful.

I’ve travelled all around the UK and have been to some wonderful new places including: York, Oxford, Dorset and Devon. I also got to go back to some of my favourite places in the UK, including: Scotland and Cornwall.

I went back to some of my favourite venues, including: The Asylum, Trinity Buoy Wharf, Cripps Barn, The Dreys and Gate Street Barn. Plus I got to work at a whole bunch of new places too!

Incase you wanted to have a look at the images in more detail I’ve also put a gallery below too.
