Glastonbury Festival Themed West Sussex Wedding Photography
Abi & Greg had such a fun filled, festival style wedding back in June. I just loved all the little hand made DIY details and the Glastonbury inspired table names got me all excited!
Here’s what Abi & Greg had to say about their photos:
“We can’t thank you enough! I have no words, they’re just magical and so were you! Thank you for blending in and capturing our amazing day <3. Everyone has been singing your praises about how you fit in so well and no one noticed you were there, you even won over my niece!!”
A Personal Non-legal Ceremony
If you weren’t aware, there is a stupid law in England and Wales where you can’t get married legally outside unless you are under a licensed structure (yawn). Instead of opting for a legal ceremony, Abi and Greg really wanted to make their ceremony personal and get married completely outside by the lake at Rye Island. Words can’t describe how amazing the ceremony was. It was personal, emotional, funny and the backdrop was beautiful.
Confetti, Tipis and Smoke Bombs!
I just love the photos of confetti in front of the Tipi. How cool do these guys look? Plus we had some epic fun with coloured smoke bombs during the group shots.
I just loved the DIY signs and table plan. I mentioned this earlier, but Greg & Abi are massive fans of Glastonbury and go every year. So it felt only right to include the stage names in their table plan. Plus check out that dessert table of dreams! I also love that the menus were painted onto green glass bottles.
Rye Island has it all!
Rye Island was such a unique and amazing venue to work at. Every back drop was epic for Greg & Abi’s couple photos. Check out the lake and tree house photos below.
Tipis at Night and Arabian Tents
I just adore tipis at night. There is something so magical about them. Rye Island also have converted a soundproof barn in the style of an Arabian tent for an after party which was incredible!
